Editorial approach

Tools and list providers are assessed on their public pages and published policies: documented list counts, posted update schedules, live pricing and stated export limits. We do not repeat vendor claims we cannot see on a public page. When a list source dies or stops updating, the article says so; dead or discontinued tools are named as dead, not quietly left in rankings.

Coverage is deliberately data-first. When an article compares list sizes or update schedules, the table says when the figures were checked, because a list statistic without a date is close to worthless in a market where the inventory turns over every single day.
